Press ReleaseLocal Western Author to Visit The Wildlife ExperienceDENVER —January 18, 2005—Woodland Park author, Laurie Wagner Buyer, will be paying a visit to The Wildlife Experience on February 12, 2005. Buyer will be available to sign copies of her latest book, Side Canyons , and will be reading from the same book. Side Canyons was published in late 2004 and has already received many accolades for Buyer's unique style and intimate storyline. Side Canyons is a book about the personal growth and discovery of one woman as she travels through the Grand Canyon. The book is composed of fictionalized journal entries, which are comprised of both poetry and prose, as the main character sets off on a physically, mentally and emotionally challenging journey.
